Oliver built his career inside the Microsoft ecosystem, running Dynamics 365 ERP contract recruitment for an international staffing firm active across DACH, first in London and later leading the Cologne office, before co-founding DynamiX Project with Linus. By the time he stepped out on his own, he had a decade in the market, knowing which specialists were available, what they were worth, and whether they were the right fit before the client finished explaining the brief. That is the kind of knowledge you cannot buy.

Linus spent almost a decade in the Microsoft ecosystem at an international company delivering top resources into IT transformation projects before co-founding a SaaS Business and then DynamiX Project with Oliver. He is the person who will make sure every engagement runs smoothly from the first conversation to the last placement.
